DARK ROC Firearms Training Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility and Requirements:
1.1. Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
1.2. Participants are required to meet all legal requirements for firearm handling (and ownership).
1.3. Participants must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs during training sessions.

2. Safety:
2.1. Participants are required to follow all safety rules and guidelines provided by DARK ROC instructors at all times.
2.2. The use of safety equipment, such as ear and eye protection, is mandatory during all training sessions.
2.3. Any unsafe or disruptive behaviour may result in the immediate removal of the participant from the training program.
3. Firearm Handling:
3.1. Participants must adhere to all instructions provided by DARK ROC instructors regarding the safe handling of firearms.
3.2. Live ammunition is strictly prohibited during training, and only non-lethal training ammunition (0.2g plastic bb) will be used.
3.3. Participants must never point a firearm at anyone or anything unless explicitly instructed to do so by an instructor.
4. Ammunition:
4.1. Participants must use only approved ammunition provided by DARK ROC
4.2. Participants are responsible for the cost of any damaged or lost training ammunition provided during the course.
5. Liability Waiver:
5.1. All participants must sign a liability waiver before participating in the training program, acknowledging the inherent risks associated with firearms training.
5.2. Participants agree that DARK ROC and its instructors are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damage incurred during the training program.
6. Training Fees:
6.1. Participants must pay the specified fees for the training program as outlined in the fee schedule provided by DARK ROC.
6.2. Deposit and cancellation policies are outlined in the fee schedule, and participants must adhere to them.
7. Registration:
7.1. Participants must complete the registration process as outlined by DARK ROC, including the submission of any required forms or documents.
7.2. Registration deadlines and any specific requirements will be communicated to participants during the registration process.
8. Cancellation and Refunds:
8.1. Cancellation and rescheduling policies are detailed in the DARK ROC cancellation policy. Participants must adhere to these policies.
8.2. Refund policies will be clearly communicated in the event of cancellation or rescheduling.
9. Intellectual Property:
9.1. All training materials, course content, and resources provided during the program are the intellectual property of DARK ROC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior written consent.
10. Compliance with Laws:
10.1. Participants must agree to comply with all laws regarding firearm ownership and use.
11. Right to Refuse Service:
11.1. DARK ROC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, with appropriate refund policies.
12. Privacy:
12.1. Participant data and information will be collected, used, and protected in compliance with applicable privacy laws and DARK ROC privacy policy.
13. Changes to Terms:
13.1. DARK ROC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Participants will be notified of any changes.
14. Governing Law:
14.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of ENGLAND, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of ENGLAND.
15. Severability:
15.1. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
