​Fee Schedule – Training Courses

Thank you for your interest in Dark Roc training courses. This Fee Schedule outlines deposits, payment methods, cancellation and transfer terms. Course fees are listed on individual course pages and confirmed at the time of booking.

1. Course Fees

Dark Roc currently delivers the following training courses:

  • Urban CQC

  • Conventional Warfare

  • Reel Action

  • Women in Action

  • Hand-to-Hand Combat with Firearms

Course fees vary by course type and intake and are published on the relevant course pages. Prices are confirmed at the time of booking.

Dark Roc reserves the right to adjust course fees for future dates without notice.

2. Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of £100 may be required to secure a place on any Dark Roc course.

Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

3. Payment Methods

Payment may be made using the following methods:

  • Credit or Debit Card

  • Bank Transfer

  • PayPal

  • Stripe

Full payment must be completed in line with booking instructions prior to course attendance.

4. Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to training@darkroc.co.uk.

If you cancel:

  • 14 or more days before the course start date:
    A full refund of course fees will be issued, excluding the £100 deposit.

  • 7 to 13 days before the course start date:
    A 50% refund of course fees will be issued, excluding the £100 deposit.

  • Less than 7 days before the course start date:
    No refund will be issued.

5. Transfers

  • One one-time transfer to a future course date within the same calendar year and same course type may be requested, subject to availability.

  • Transfer requests must be made more than 7 days before the course start date.

  • Requests made within 7 days of the course start date will be treated as a cancellation and subject to the cancellation policy.

  • There is currently no transfer fee.

6. Non-Attendance (No-Show Policy)

Failure to attend a scheduled course without prior written notice will result in forfeiture of the full course fee. No refund or transfer will be offered.

7. Course Inclusions

Course fees include:

  • All required training equipment and materials

  • Instruction and supervision throughout the course

Where applicable, participants may be granted access to media created during the course. Access to media does not guarantee edited showreel footage unless explicitly stated on the course page.

8. Group Bookings

Group bookings may be available for agents, organisations, or representatives booking multiple participants onto the same course. Group bookings must be arranged in advance and are subject to availability.

9. Minimum Participant Numbers

All courses are subject to minimum participant numbers. Where minimum numbers are not met, Dark Roc reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course. In such cases, participants will be offered a transfer or refund in line with this Fee Schedule.
