Women in Action
Our Women in Action course is a focused training programme designed to replicate the realities of working in action roles on a live production set, delivered in a women-only training environment.
Training takes place at purpose-built facilities in North Wales and concentrates on developing safe, controlled firearms handling and tactical movement under observation, timing constraints, and performance pressure; the same conditions faced on set in film and television.
The course is delivered by experienced instructors with real-world and on-set backgrounds, maintaining a safety-first approach throughout while allowing participants to build confidence, competence, and authenticity in action-based roles.
A women-only environment allows participants to train without external pressure, focusing fully on skill development, movement quality, and professional standards.
Training elements include
- Firearms handling and safety procedures used on professional film and TV productions
- Tactical movement and action drills designed for performance environments
- Spatial awareness, coordination, and movement under observation
- Role-specific training relevant to action and stunt-adjacent work
- Realistic scenarios that reflect on-set expectations and working practices
