Urban CQC
This 2-day intensive course is designed to replicate the realities of working on a live production set, not simply to teach techniques in isolation.
Training takes place at purpose-built facilities in North Wales and focuses on developing tactical movement, decision-making, and communication under pressure, observation, and time constraints - the same factors present when operating on set.
Professional filming is integrated throughout the training to recreate the pace, structure, and psychological pressure of real productions. Being filmed changes how people move, communicate, and make decisions, making it a critical part of realistic preparation rather than a separate add-on.
The course is delivered in small groups (maximum 12 participants) with a high instructor-to-participant ratio, allowing focused, hands-on instruction throughout the weekend.
Training elements include
- Tactical rifle and sidearm handling
- Weapons safety and discipline in filmed environments
- Individual and team movement under observation
